All approvals, permits, and final decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities and Third Parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:
- Skyline Saudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, accidents, or service failures caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, employers, embassies, consulates, or other Third Parties.
- We are not liable for any refusal of visa, denial of entry, deportation, or changes in immigration or labor laws.
